Terms and Conditions of the “Pre-Black Friday: Every 15th Order Refunded in Full” Promotion
1. Organizer
The promotion is organized by Middleton Limited, Flat 5, 4/F, Won Hing Building, 74-78 Stanley Street, Central, HK, operator of the online store parisfemme.com (hereinafter “Paris Femme”).
2. Duration
The promotion is valid from November 1, 2026, at 00:00 to December 1, 2026, at 00:00 (Paris time).
3. How it works
All orders placed and paid for on parisfemme.com during the promotion period are automatically entered, with no additional purchase required.
Orders are numbered in the order they are placed. Every 15th order (15th, 30th, 45th, etc.) is refunded in full.
The refund covers the total amount actually paid for the order (including items, shipping fees, and shipping protection).
4. Refund
The winning customer will be notified by email at the address used for the order.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days after the order’s withdrawal period ends.
If an order is canceled, returned, or refunded (in whole or in part), it forfeits its right to the promotional refund. The spot will then be awarded to the next eligible order.
5. Exclusions
Fraudulent orders, test orders, and orders placed in violation of these terms and conditions are excluded.
Customers may not artificially increase their number of orders (for example, by splitting a cart) to improve their chances; Paris Femme reserves the right to combine such orders.
6. Discount codes and offers
The PARIS-BF10 code (an additional 10% off) and current bundle offers may be used during the promotion. They do not affect eligibility for the 15th-order refund.
7. Personal data
Data is processed solely to fulfill the order and administer the promotion, in accordance with our privacy policy.
8. Final provisions
Paris Femme reserves the right to amend or end the promotion in the event of force majeure or fraud. These terms do not limit consumers’ statutory rights in any way, including the 14-day right of withdrawal.
