1. How do I place an order on Paris Femme?
Select your items, add them to the cart, and proceed to payment via our secure system.

2. My payment was declined, what should I do?
Check the available funds on your card.
Make sure the payment information is correct.
Try another payment method or contact your bank.
3. Can I modify or cancel my order?

4. What are the delivery times?
Processing: 1 to 3 days (Monday to Sunday).
Delivery: 8 to 12 business days (France, Belgium, Germany, Israel, Czech Republic, Switzerland).

5. How do I track my order?
Upon shipment, you will receive atracking numberby email or SMS.
You can track your package in real time via the provided link.
6. Do you deliver to countries other than France?
Yes! We deliver toFrance, Belgium, and Germanywith the same timeframes.

7. What is your return policy?
Deadline: 30 days after receipt.
Conditions: New items, unworn, with original tags and packaging.
8. How do I make a return?
