RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return conditions:
Items must be new, unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except if the item is defective or not as described.
HOW TO MAKE A RETURN?
1. Contact us at contact@parisfemme.com to initiate your return. 2. We notify the supplier and provide them with the return instructions. 3. Ship your return to the provided address. 4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days.
- Returns without prior request will not be accepted.
EXCHANGES
Want a different product?
Return the item you received.
Once the return is approved, place a new order for the desired item.
REFUNDS
Processing time: 7 business days after receiving the return. The refund will be made to your original payment method.
